Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, purchased their missing person perfume and it smells so bad, it's incredibly cheap smelling. I tried to return it but apparently they don't accept returns ok fine lesson learned. This product is so bad I can't even give it away, I work with 30+ woman and they all hate it as well. Into the trash it goes.

I ordered the sampler to try out some…
I ordered the sampler to try out some new smells. I received it and it looked so nice. .. But more then half of the spray bottles dont spray, and you cant unscrew them to try them that way. I asked to have a refund or return the products since im unable to try them, but the state they arent able to offer refunds or exchanges on sample sets,travel size products, body care, or products bought with a coupon code.....
Disappointing as some of the few I was able to smell I might have purchased, ...but if they are not willing to stand behind their product or offer some resolution I wont. I will stick with my usual which costs about half of their price....

Better customer service than some LUXURY brands.
I purchased Missing Person, and when i got home after it was delivered (about 3 hours); my package wasn’t there!! This doesn’t happen in my neighborhood… but I went and double checked with my neighbors because 2 packages were missing!
I finally contacted Phlur and the other company (Diptyque) and explained the situation.
Phlur was on top of it and quickly sent me a replacement!
I’m still dealing with the other company….
So happy that they took care of their customer with quick and efficient service!
I will definitely recommend them more in the future for this reason alone.
I do love the scent too!!! Thank you so much!!!

I'm incredibly saddened that Phlur was…
I'm incredibly saddened that Phlur was purchased. It's nothing like how it was previously. I ADORED their marketing, scents and incredible sales. There set up was very similar to one of my favorite French perfumeries were they took the time to really explain the ingredients, the inspiration and the perfumers behind each scent. It wasn't just a product but an experience purchasing from Phlur. Now they've taken away some of the best scents and they don't seem to have individual perfumers as they did previously. Who knows if the original scents they have retained are going to be held to the same quality with the new owners. Phlur has been cheapened with cheesy teen-looking (and smelling) scents that just seems run-of-the-mill and overpriced for what they're offering. The Memorial "sale" is a joke. Free shipping? Wow, what a steal. In the past, they offered 50% off full-size items.
What used to be my favorite perfume company is now a massive disappointment all around.

0 stars if possible. I ordered their Missing Person travel size perfume. Smelled like an old lady, not a problem. I read their return policy which said they do not offer refunds for sample sets, full-sized perfume, or body care.
I emailed them because their return policy said to for returns. They said they could not provide me with a return label because they don't offer refunds on sample sets, full-sized fragrances, or body care. I told them I understood that, but my fragrance was not part of a sample set nor was it a full-sized perfume. They emailed me back saying they would make an exception for me and that per their return policy, they would not cover the cost of returning.
I checked their return policy once more, and they updated their return policy to say they would not accept returns for travel-sized fragrances! Nowhere in the policy did it state that they would not cover the cost of returns when I initially emailed them, but they added that little blurb after they emailed me back.
Very sketchy and untrustworthy company. 10/10 would not recommend. They're probably going to continue changing their policies after every time someone emails them with an issue so it's not worth the trouble. Will be selling the perfume that I purchased at face value instead of returning to this company.
